These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BUD Signal, including our website, dashboard, trading signal tools, alerts, subscription services, and related features. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the dashboard, or using BUD Signal in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. Important Trading Risk Disclosure

All signals, indicators, alerts, dashboards, historical performance data, confidence scores, trade context, market reads, and related information are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading cryptocurrency, futures, perpetual contracts, margin products, and leveraged instruments involves substantial risk. You can lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, leverage, entries, exits, stop losses, and risk management.

BUD Signal does not guarantee profits, returns, win rates, performance, accuracy, availability, or future results.

2. No Financial Advice

BUD Signal provides probability-based market information and signal context. Nothing on BUD Signal should be interpreted as:

• financial advice;
• investment advice;
• a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, long, or trade any asset;
• a guarantee of future price movement;
• an instruction to enter or exit a trade;
• personalized advice based on your financial situation.

You should consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use BUD Signal.

By using BUD Signal, you represent that:

• you are legally permitted to use trading analytics and signal tools in your jurisdiction;
• you are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law;
• you understand the risks of trading digital assets and leveraged products;
• you are using BUD Signal at your own risk.

4. Account Registration

To access paid features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to notify BUD Signal immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

BUD Signal is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access, weak passwords, shared credentials, compromised devices, or your failure to secure your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

BUD Signal is a paid subscription service.

Founder Access pricing may be offered at $99 USD/month for the first 100 users. After founder spots are filled, standard pricing may be $149 USD/month or another price displayed at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize BUD Signal and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

6. No Free Trial

BUD Signal may choose not to offer free trials. Access begins after successful payment unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings, billing portal, or by contacting support.

Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

After cancellation, you may retain access until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

8. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. BUD Signal does not store full payment card details.

Your use of third-party payment services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

9. Telegram and Alert Features

BUD Signal may offer Telegram alerts, email alerts, in-dashboard alerts, or other notification features.

Alerts are optional and may require you to connect or provide third-party account information, such as a Telegram username.

BUD Signal does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered instantly, accurately, continuously, or at all. Alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, blocked, or interrupted due to third-party services, network issues, device settings, downtime, software bugs, or other factors.

You should not rely solely on alerts to manage trades or risk.

10. Historical Performance

BUD Signal may display historical signal tracking, captured peak movement, drawdown, win rate, average peak, time-to-profit, or other historical metrics.

Historical performance is provided for informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Market conditions change. A strategy, signal, or setup that performed well historically may fail in the future.

11. Accuracy and Availability

BUD Signal relies on market data, third-party APIs, exchange data, liquidity data, order-flow data, technical indicators, and internal calculations.

Although we aim to provide useful and timely information, BUD Signal does not guarantee that any data, signal, calculation, alert, chart, confidence score, or market read will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You understand that trading systems can fail, data feeds can break, APIs can return incorrect values, and dashboards can experience outages.

12. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• your trading decisions;
• your risk management;
• your use of leverage;
• your exchange accounts;
• your tax obligations;
• complying with laws in your jurisdiction;
• securing your account and devices;
• reviewing signals before acting;
• understanding that signals are not guarantees.

You agree not to use BUD Signal as your sole basis for making trading decisions.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share paid BUD Signal content without permission;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract proprietary signal logic;
• bypass access controls or subscription requirements;
• share your account with others;
• use BUD Signal for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• use bots, scripts, or automated systems without written permission;
• misrepresent BUD Signal’s signals as your own;
• use BUD Signal to provide a competing service.

14. Intellectual Property

BUD Signal, including its dashboard, design, branding, copy, signal framework, scoring logic, charts, layouts, software, and related materials, is owned by BUD Signal or its licensors.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use BUD Signal for your personal or internal trading research purposes while your subscription is active.

You do not receive ownership rights in BUD Signal or its underlying technology.

15. Proprietary Signal Logic

BUD Signal may disclose general categories of market inputs, such as whale flow, open interest, liquidity, bid/ask pressure, EMA structure, funding, sentiment, and momentum.

However, BUD Signal’s exact weighting, scoring, filtering, signal logic, thresholds, formulas, and internal methodology are proprietary and confidential.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or replicate BUD Signal’s proprietary logic.

16. Third-Party Services

BUD Signal may integrate with third-party services, including exchanges, data providers, payment processors, Telegram, analytics tools, hosting providers, or charting libraries.

BUD Signal is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, security incidents, terms, data accuracy, delays, or service changes.

17. Disclaimers

BUD Signal is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUD Signal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

We do not warrant that:

• the service will be uninterrupted;
• signals will be profitable;
• alerts will arrive on time;
• data will be accurate;
• errors will be corrected;
• the dashboard will be available during volatile market conditions.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUD Signal and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, trading losses, lost opportunities, lost data, account liquidation, or financial losses arising from your use of the service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with BUD Signal is to stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUD Signal’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to BUD Signal in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BUD Signal and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• your use of BUD Signal;
• your trading activity;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of law;
• your misuse of signals, alerts, or data;
• your sharing or redistribution of BUD Signal content.

20. Termination

BUD Signal may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, shared access, attempted to bypass payment, engaged in prohibited activity, or created risk for BUD Signal or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access BUD Signal ends immediately.

21. Changes to the Service

BUD Signal may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including signals, features, pricing, data sources, alert methods, and dashboard functionality.

We are not liable for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of the service.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of BUD Signal after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
