Telegram and Alert Information
If you choose to connect Telegram or other alert channels, we may collect:

- Telegram user ID or chat ID;

- connected or disconnected status.
Telegram is optional. You can use BUD Signal without connecting Telegram.
Technical Information
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- approximate location based on IP;
- timestamps;
- cookies or similar session technologies;

Communications

2. Information We Do Not Collect
BUD Signal does not require you to provide:
- exchange account passwords;
- exchange withdrawal credentials;
- private keys;
- seed phrases;
- wallet recovery phrases;
- government ID unless required for a specific legal or compliance reason;
- Telegram account access beyond what is needed to deliver alerts.
Never send private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery phrases, or exchange passwords to BUD Signal.
3. How We Use Information

- provide access to the dashboard;
- enforce paid access controls;
- display account and subscription status;
- deliver Telegram, email, or in-dashboard alerts if enabled;

5. Payments
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor.
When you purchase a subscription, payment information is submitted directly to the payment processor. BUD Signal may receive and store limited billing information such as:

- subscription ID;
- billing timestamps;
- last four digits of a card if provided by the processor.
Your payment processor’s privacy policy applies to its handling of your payment information.
6. Telegram and Alerts
If you connect Telegram, BUD Signal may use your Telegram details to deliver trading signal alerts or account notifications.
Telegram alerts are optional. If you do not have Telegram, you can still use the dashboard.
You may disconnect Telegram alerts from your account settings if this feature is available.
BUD Signal is not responsible for Telegram’s privacy practices, delivery issues, account security, downtime, or data handling.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
BUD Signal may use cookies, session tokens, or similar technologies to:

- remember account settings;

Deleting your account may not automatically cancel your subscription if billing is handled through a third-party payment processor. You are responsible for canceling active subscriptions through the billing portal or support process.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of BUD Signal after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
19. Rights for EU, EEA, UK, and Swiss Users (GDPR)

BUD Signal does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. BUD Signal does not knowingly share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a rights request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
Do not send BUD Signal private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery phrases, exchange passwords, or other highly sensitive trading credentials. BUD Signal does not need this information to provide the service.
